The state flower of Arkansas is the the apple blossom. The General Assembly adopted apple blossom as the Arkansas State Flower in 1901.
The beautiful Arkansas state flowers are the set of pink or white petals. The state flower continues to have a presence when the flowers bloom each April and May.
Arkansas was one of the largest producer of apple in the USA. To pays homage to this history, Arkansas apple festival that held each year in October in the town of Lincoln (in Washington county).
